A Mansion For Me

This poem "A Mansion For Me" as I
thought about what Jesus has done and is doing for each of us. He is
in heaven at this moment and is awaiting our arrival. He told his diciples
he would prepare a place for them and would call them to him. That same promise
is for each one of us. What a marvelous
promise, however, it does not come without our fulfilling our obligation.
We must accept the fact that Jesus is
- The Son of
God
- Raised from the
dead
- Gave his life on a
cross for each of us
- Died there and spilled
his blood so that we are forgiving
- Loved us so much he was
willing to die
- Ascended into heaven
where he is sitting at the right hand of God
- Is
reserving a place for us to spend our
eternity
What reason is there not to believe
in Him?
A Mansion for
Me.
The grandeur of Heaven is near at hand
as we travel onward through this weary land.
The skies are blue and the grass is green
as we travel toward a home unseen.
A
home unseen that is promised to all
From the word of God to obey his call.
Jesus told us there were homes on high
that's prepared for us in the heavenly sky.
Homes adorned with silver and gold,
of diamonds and gems of beauty untold.
Believe in me and my father's grace
and you will live forever in this heavenly place.
