My Sisters

My Sisters, we are the next generation, we are the future, but more importantly we are the role models for our younger sisters.

But, as I observe the world today, I see we are losing more and more of our sisters that we need for the future, sisters, we are no longer role models.

Sisters it is time for a change, and if only you will be willing to hear this; We are having babies outside of marriage, our jail and prison cells are filled with 95% of our teens and the other 5% are attending various facilities for behavior problems.

Our sisters we are becoming the victims of rape, murders, kidnaps and many other violent crimes.

Sisters I am here to tell you, that we have to say no to peer pressure, stay in school, and when a boy says to you “can I have sex” walk away. My Sisters you are better than sex, you are more; sisters you are God’s Gift.

For My Sisters that stayed in school, and kept themselves from evil, continue, and also help your sisters that are struggling, those that are in that abusive relationship, and have already dropped out of school.

And for My Sisters that have already made mistakes, it is OK, I have been there also; my younger sister looked up to me, no longer does she anymore, and I can’t blame her.

When I left my house I left behind the impression that evil was good, and she didn’t see her big sister for an entire year. Right after that I attended a group home, for eleven months.

So its OK if you have already made some of the same kind of mistakes, I am telling you from experience.

My sisters there are two types of learners in this world, one learns from their own mistakes, makes changes, and then goes on to succeed in life while forgetting their past. Then there are others who through their own experiences, make mistakes and use their past as an excuse, while they continue to fail in life.

The choice is yours, what kind of a learner do you want to be.
